Family Day on the Farm
Note: The Museum will be open on
Closed on Tuesday, February 16.
A unique family learning adventure awaits you at the Museum! Explore the sights and sounds of farm life through animals, exhibitions, treasures from the collection, hands-on demonstrations, and delicious foods. How often do you let perfectly edible food go uneaten? Get the whole family to participate in creating a “garbage soup” using up those odds and ends from the veggie crisper, which often go wasted. Bring the idea home and try your own combinations to make comforting, tasty winter soups! Plus, join us in a fun filled family yoga class to stretch your body and mind and get your heart pumping!
